Are There Any Good Multi Level Marketing Software Tools?
With the booming growth that happens in MLM, you’d be a fool not to have tools ready to aid you when need be. If you don’t have a lot of money to put back into your business yet, then look for software tools that are sold with monthly payment installments rather than one lump sum.
You’re looking for tools that boost your ability to communicate online with your downline. That means, you want something that offers not only email, but the ability to handle increasing traffic (as your downline grows) and you want software that will give your people constant support when you can’t be there to answer questions.
Don’t ever agree to purchase MLM software without giving it a trial run first (or ensuring it has a satisfaction guarantee). Because although the seller might promise the moon, you might discover that for you, the software falls far short of what you need it to do.
You should be allowed to try software for a time limit of 48 hours at least although some companies do offer a longer trial period. Make sure the company offers how-to tutorials for their software and has a solid support team to help you get it set up.
You want to look for software that will allow you to keep a precise database of everyone involved in your MLM business from distributors to the person that’s the manager or upline of the distributor.
This will help you with organization but it’s only one of many features you should opt for when buying software tools. Some of the most handy software programs will offer features that include helps like autoresponders, messaging and the ability to set up like websites. You can even find some that offer an easy to use set up Wizard feature that will walk a complete newbie to marketing from set up to more advanced steps.
One of the features you’ll want to look for in good software tools is a way to expand your membership. Many will offer lead generators that can teach you how to have an effective marketing campaign by using the tools they provide.
When you get into MLM marketing, there are some things you can wait until you’ve earned some commission to purchase. But right from the start, you always want to equip yourself with tools that will help you with leads and building your downline because that’s where the strength of your business lies.

An Introduction to Video Marketing
Video is a spectacular way to market on the Internet, especially now that so many Internet users have broadband access. More users are able to view and download video. Video sharing websites are more popular than ever.
YouTube is one of the most visited websites in the world, and other video sharing sites are growing in popularity, too – including niche specific sites, like those for Internet marketing. As a result of the gain in popularity of video sharing sites, more marketers are turning to video as a way to promote their products and services.
Almost any type of product or service can be promoted through video, but it’s important to do it properly. People generally don’t visit video sites to view commercials. There might be exceptions for people who want to watch classic commercials, funny commercials, or extremely popular commercials.
But for the most part, people don’t want to watch commercials. They come to be entertained or to learn something. If you want your videos to be viewed a lot, you need to either be extremely funny, exciting, controversial or educational.
If your free videos offer a ton of quality content, they have a good chance of going viral and making you a lot of money. Video is so powerful - not only because of the sheer number of people who view video sharing sites every day, but because it can be much more persuasive than the written word.
Some people respond better to writing, but others respond better to video. Video can really help you to get your point across to people who don’t read well, or people who really hate to read.
Many marketers feel they don’t look good on camera, or don’t have the budget to produce quality videos.
That’s one big reason behind the popularity of Camtasia. Camtasia is a great program that allows you to make videos by taking video screenshots of your computer. You can select a portion of your screen to be shown, and then you can make your video by simply moving from through your online presentation.
You can also use a microphone to record your voice explaining the process as you go through it.
Camtasia is very easy to use, making it extremely popular for people who aren’t very good with technical things.
Most people are able to make their first video with Camtasia within an hour of opening the software! This makes it perfect for almost any marketer. If you’re promoting an eBook about Squidoo, then your video could be a short tutorial about one aspect of how to use the site – like adding images to a Squidoo lens or setting up your own Group own Squidoo.
You can do this with nearly any kind of product. If your product is a dog training DVD, you can post a couple of samples. Show how to teach a dog to sit, and another showing how to teach a dog to heel.
If your product is about how to make money with eBooks, you could have a couple of sample videos on how to get affiliates, or how to get more traffic to your minisite, making sure you show proof of your results within the video production.
Even if you don’t want to post your videos to the video sharing sites, you can post them on your own site or blog. You can even put video on your sales page for higher conversions. Video can be an important selling tool, but it’s also effective as the primary media you use to create your product, too.
A good company is very interested in your success and wants to help you reach whatever financial goals you set for yourself. A good company will show you how to give others the chance to join you, creating a healthy and solid functioning downline.
Before you get started, make sure you understand all of the benefits of the product. Is it something you can believe in? A good MLM company won’t offer shifty information about what they’re offering.
Their brochures will proudly proclaim what they’re offering and won’t be filled with hype about ‘make millions’ or ‘retire in 30 days.’ Pie in the sky promises are a warning sign and if your instincts question whether it’s a scam, it probably is.
Look for a company that’s proud of their track record. Beware of the company that doesn’t seem interested in getting the word out about their business. Remember, if there’s nothing to hide, the business will be very open to questions. If you ask questions and are spoken down to, it’s not a company you want to be a part of.
Watch your wallet. A company worth its salt won’t require you to put up great sums of money for worthless kits mainly filled with information and little else. They won’t get defensive if you ask to talk to others they say have made good money selling their product. In fact, most great companies are only too happy to have their distributors share the promise of their company.
What you will be given to work with by a good company will vary among the companies, but all good companies should offer advertising tools. They know the best way to move a product is through advertising.
That advertising may take on different forms - such as online or offline variations. Online would be through websites or other online business tools. But, they’ll also provide you with offline tools too, because as hard as it might seem to imagine, not everyone will stumble on the opportunity online, and you’re bound to find interested parties everywhere you go.
Some of the most promising good MLM companies will provide mailers and others will go the extra mile and offer a campaign to go along with it - even right down to providing a prospect mailing list. Most will offer you literature on how to successfully prospect, whether online or offline.
